Returns and Exchanges

Returns 
Due to the custom nature of the items we create, each is made individually and uniquely when it is ordered.  We are unable to accept returns for a refund but often can provide an exchange for another item as long as the item received is in unused and in new condition.  

If an exchange is requested, we will not process the replacement item until the original item has been received in unused and new condition.

Damaged Items (Including Misprints) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dejabluestudios@gmail.com and often, there is not a need to return the item if photos can show the damage or misprint.  If an item does need to be returned, please ship to: Deja Blue Studios, 5050 Navajo Trail, Harrison MI 48625, United States.
