At Deja Blue Studios, each item is made to order specifically for the customer who purchased it. Because our products are custom printed and created individually after an order is placed, we are unable to accept returns for refunds unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.

Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final once production has begun. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or a change of mind.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at dejabluestudios@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery so we can review the situation and help determine the best next step.

Exchanges

In some cases, we may be able to offer an exchange for another item. Exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are only available when the original item is unused, unwashed, and in new condition.

If an exchange is approved, the replacement item will not be processed until the original item has been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved exchanges unless the exchange is due to a confirmed defect, damage, or misprint.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for an exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We stand behind the quality of our products and will replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

If your item arrives with a problem, please email us at dejabluestudios@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage, defect, or misprint.

In many cases, a return is not necessary if photos clearly show the issue. If a return is needed, we will provide instructions before the item is sent back.

Important Notes

Because every item is made to order, slight color variations may occur between what appears on your screen and the finished printed product.
