Shipping and Production

At Deja Blue Studios, every item is made to order. This means your product is created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Production Time

Because our items are custom printed and made individually, please allow approximately 6–8 business days for production before your order ships.

Production time does not include shipping transit time. During busy seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume, production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has finished production, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, and current carrier volume.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages, especially if multiple product types are ordered together. This is because our items may be produced by different printing partners or shipped from different locations.

If your order arrives in more than one package, this is normal. Additional tracking information may be provided as each item ships.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Deja Blue Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as quickly as possible through the chat bubble on our website or by email at dejabluestudios@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but address changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or shipping.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not already begun.

To request a cancellation, please reach out through the chat bubble on our website. This is the quickest and most efficient way to contact Deja Blue Studios.

Because each item is made to order, cancellations cannot be guaranteed after the 24-hour window or once production has started.

Delayed, Lost, or Marked Delivered Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first, as carriers may experience temporary delays.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery area, with household members, neighbors, building offices, or your local post office or carrier location.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.
